Due to COVID-19 many postal companies such as PostNL experience delay in their postal service. Thus, it is possible that the delivery times differ from the times stated above. We kindly ask for your understanding. If you do not receive any new updates regarding your order within 5 days of shipment, please contact us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subjected to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These fees are not included in our services. In addition, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier. Please note that in some exceptional cases, shipping costs will always be calculated: this only concerns highly limited releases. Importantly, we also hold the right to refuse or cancel orders from outside Europe if (one of our) brans wishes us to do so.

DELIVERY DURING SALE/HOLIDAY PERIODS

During sale and holiday periods deliveries may experience a delay of approx. 3 working days. We will always try to ship our orders on the same day!

PICKING AND PACKING YOUR ORDER

After completing the checkout process, and your order is completed, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). In this email, you can find your order number and the overview of your order. Please note that in some cases a handling time of 1 or 2 working days is required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once the orders are packed they will be handed over to your selected carrier. Followed, by us sending an email in which your tracking number can be found. The standard shipping solution for orders outside Western Europe are subjected to a less reliable tracking service.
