If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your item(s) in our store in Amsterdam (Jordaan), or you can ship the item(s) back by following these steps: 

  1. It is required to register your return in your Baskèts account. To do so please log in on our website and go to "My orders". Select the order you would like to return and follow it up with registering your return. 
  2. Please make sure that the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging including price tags etc. 
  3. Place the item(s) in a shipping box. If the original shipping box is not damaged, you can use this. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box, otherwise, your return will not be accepted! 

  4. Please fill in the return form that was sent alongside your order. In case you would like to exchange your product for a different color, size, or product we kindly request you to place another order. 

  5. Close the shipping box and tape it securely. 

  6. Label the box with the return shipping address (can be found on the return form).

  7. Drop the box off at a trusted shipping carrier. Make sure you include a tracking service with your shipment and save the proof of shipment. This ensures that the package can be traced and it also counts as proof for your return. Baskèts is not responsible for returns that get lost and of which proof of shipment is absent.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Due to COVID 19 store pick-ups are currently unavailable.
  • All returns must be sent via registered mail. Additionally, the item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging including price tags, etc. 

  • After receiving the package, it may take up to 5 working days before your refund has been processed. You will be notified through email once your refund has been processed correctly. This will be followed up with us refunding your purchase within 14 days. 

  • Please make sure that your return is marked as a returned good on the customs or portal forms. Importantly, we do not refund any costs involved with the return shipment. 

  • Please note that upon returning any products you make sure to notify your local customs office. This will result in them refunding you the tax and customs fee and will prevent you from having to pay them twice. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to prevent this from happening.  

  • Returns that have arrived 14 days after you have received your order, cannot be refunded. 

  • In case of a (worn) defective product, we supply a 3-month long warranty after the date of purchase. This warrant will only be granted when the proof of purchase is presented and the faults in the product are credible and reasonable.
