We provide many different shipping services. Please select your carrier carefully. DELIVERY DURING SALE/HOLIDAY PERIODS

During sale and holiday periods deliveries may experience a delay of two working days. We always try to ship out orders the same day!

PICKING AND PACKING YOUR ORDER

After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). You can see the overview of your order and find your order number in this email. Please note that it's possible that we require a 1 or 2 day handling time in some cases.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After the orders are packed they will be handed over to your selected carrier. When the order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by e-mail where you're able to track your order. Please note that the standard shipping solution for orders outside Western Europe is subject to a less reliable tracking service.
