As long as the corona virus is active, deliveries can be delayed. Many postal companies such as PostNL are also much delayed by the virus. It is possible that the delivery time deviates from the above delivery times. We ask for your understanding. If your order does not provide a new update in the tracking data for more than 5 days, we ask you to contact us.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) by local governing authorities. These fees are not included in our services. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier. Please note that in some exceptional cases, shipping costs will always be calculated: this only concerns highly limited releases. Please also note that we hold the right to refuse or cancel orders from outside Europe if (one of our) brands wishes us to do so.
DELIVERY DURING SALE/HOLIDAY PERIODS
During sale and holiday periods deliveries may experience a delay of approx. 3 working days. We always try to ship out orders the same day!
PICKING AND PACKING YOUR ORDER
After completing the checkout process, and your order is succeeded, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please check your SPAM inbox as well). You can see the overview of your order and find your order number in this email. Please note that it's possible that we require a 1 or 2 workingday handling time in some cases.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After the orders are packed they will be handed over to your selected carrier. When the order is shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by e-mail where you're able to track your order. Please note that the standard shipping solution for orders outside Western Europe is subject to a less reliable tracking service.
