Sustainability is an important concept in which there is still much to be improved. We believe that we should all work towards a greener world. On Earth Day, we reflect and take an extra moment to become aware of our consumption behaviour and its impact on the world. 

Sol Wortelboer - Sup Sup Club
For Earth Day, we went to visit Sol Wortelboer, who is the founder of the Sup Sup Club. Sup Sup Club is a SUP company based in different cities of the Netherlands. Stand Up Paddle Boarding, also known as SUP, is a water sport in which the participant stands, feet forward and parallel, on a board similar to a surfboard. Supping is the perfect combination of sport and relaxation. It's the perfect way to start or end your day, with the summer days coming up, how beautiful is it to go supping at sunset on the Amsterdam canals?

Sup Sup Club & Sup Clean-up
Something we really love is when companies care for the environment! Sup Sup Club collaborates with the organisation Sup Clean-up every month. With this collaboration, they clean up the canals of Amsterdam by sup board. By removing rubbish, especially plastic waste, from the canals, there is less chance of it sinking to the bottom and eventually ending up in our beautiful oceans. By increasing the SUP clean-up movement they reduce the contribution to the Plastic Soup. A fun and environmentally friendly action, will you join in?

Earth Day is here to teach us about living more conscious, to inspire us to take small green steps and to create awareness for this beautiful world we have to cherish and keep environmental friendly. If we can all make small changes in our lifestyle, we can take better care of our mother earth.
