    Delivery

    • What currency will I be charged in ?

      The final price is fixed and will be charged in your preferred currency: USD, GBP, or EUR. All prices are calculated from the current exchange rates and are approximate only and should be used only as a guide. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase.

    • How long does delivery take ?

      For estimated delivery times we would like to refer you to our shipping page. If you already have placed an order, simply track your order and follow the instructions there.

    • How much does shipping cost ?

      We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above every 50 € (NL), 150 € (EU), 300 € (rest of the world). During the checkout proces your shipping costs will be calculated for you by our shipping calculator.

    • Where do you ship to ?

      We ship globally, there may however be exceptions. Check our shipping page for further info.

    • When will I know my order has been shipped ?

      As soon as you have received your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us, you will receive the UPS tracking number as soon as it has arrived in the UPS sorting centrre. With the tracking number you are able to track your order. Please note that all shipments are collected with us around 6pm GMT+1, so the tracking number will not show any progress before this time (6pm GMT+1) as the orders aren't checked in with our shipping partner before that time.

    • Is it possible to have a different delivery address than my billing address ?

      Yes, it is possible to select a different delivery address than your billing address. Simply fill in the delivery address when prompted at the checkout.

    • Is it possible to track my order ?

      Yes you are able to track your order. The tracking reference is given in an e-mail that will be provided by our shipping partner UPS as soon as your package has arrived in their sorting centre. With this tracking reference you can follow your order on www.dhl.com.

  • Ordering

    • I'm having trouble placing an order.

      The easiest way to receive help concerning your problem is contacting us at service@commonkin.com or calling us at 003170 7670092.

    • Is it possible to change my order once placed ?

      Yes it is possible, but only if the package hasn't left our warehouse yet. If the package left our warehouse, it is no longer possible to alter it in any way. Of course you can always return the order and re-order the correct items.We are very glad to help you with this by email or by phone.

    • What payment methods do you accept ?

      We offer a wide range of different payment options, you can find a list of all options at our payment options page.

    • Do I have to pay customs and import costs ?

      Depending on the country you are living in, customs or import duties can be charged. These charges are payed by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these costs and are unable to tell you what these costs would be, as customs and import duties vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office to inform to current charged to prevent any surprise of unexpected charges. We would also like to make you aware of the fact that the parcel can be delayed by customs. We do not have any control over this, and cannot supply any details concerning this delay.

    • UPS contacted me for further information on my country customs department.

      As each country has their own import procedures it may happen that UPS contacts you for further information on your order. From our experience US customs at times require further details like manufacturer details/IRS number. In this case, please contact us at service@commonkin.com, or on 003170 7670092 quoting your order number and we'll help you resolve the matter as fast as possible.

  • Returns

    • My order is incorrect, what to do?

      We do our best to assemble all our orders correctly, however mistakes sometimes do happen. When you noticed that we have made a mistake we will do our best to fix it and correct any issues that you may have. Please contact our customer service at service@commonkin.com or call us on 003170 7670092. Please include your order number at all times when contacting our customer service.

    • How do I return an item or an order ?

      We are happy to refund any of your purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item or the complete order, you simply fill in the return form delivered with the order. If you don't have your return form anymore you can download it from the returns page.

      All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. Returns may take up to 72 hrs to process once we've received it.

      Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
